We've carefully selected shipping options for each product on our site to ensure you receive the fastest, safest and most reliable delivery service possible. Each item's delivery options and costs will be shown in the shopping cart.


Accessories deliveries

Smaller items such as accessories and gifts ordered from this website will be delivered by third part courier or by Royal Mail. Estimated delivery 3-5 days. Delivery £3.95 for orders £75 and below *orders over £75 are sent free of charge.

We also offer click & collect for free from our St Albans store Tues-Sun.

We only deliver to the UK mainland.

Furniture deliveries

We’ll always give you call to arrange a convenient time slot for your delivery. Usually this is a 2-hour time slot between Monday – Friday. Of course, we’ll do our best to work around your availability.

You needn’t worry about any heavy lifting, we’ll do all the hard work including placing your piece of furniture into its new home. We will remove and recycle all packaging, leaving you ready to enjoy your new piece of furniture.

Just before we leave, we will provide you with instructions on caring for your product and anything we feel you may need to maintain its good looks.

help with any after care solutions.

How long will my delivery take?

Accessories orders typically take 3-5 days.

If you have ordered a furniture item which is in stock then delivery could be made within a couple of days. If it is out of stock it could take longer. All orders will usually be fulfilled in a maximum 6-8 weeks.

As Made to Measure items are hand crafted in our workshop please expect a lead-time of around 8-10 weeks.

Access requirements

We appreciate that sometimes placing new furniture into a room can sometimes be a bit of a tight squeeze especially in slightly smaller spaces. If you feel that your home has unusually awkward access or it might be a little more difficult than usual to place furniture, we would just ask that you give us a bit of heads up in advance. Remember that 99% of our furniture is delivered absolutely fine! We’re used to all different spaces. Once we arrive, we’ll do our best to ensure a speedy service with little or no disruption to your current set up.


We doubt you’ll ever need to return anything to us but just in case here’s all the important bits.


It’s always great to have peace of mind so that’s why we offer a no quibble exchange policy across most of our items. We of course totally understand you need to sometimes see something in your own space to know if it works or not. If you have purchased something from our online store and need to return it then you have a few different options:

Option 1

Simply hot foot it back down to our showroom with your receipt and we’ll of course be more than happy to offer an exchange. If you can’t find anything else on the day, we can offer you a credit note for you to spend at a later date. There’s always lots of lovely new bits to see in store, so we are certain you are sure to find something else instead. If you’re really struggling to find something, then of course we’ll happily refund your money back. We would just kindly ask that any returns are brought back to us within 28 days from your original purchase date. It goes without saying that any returned items need to come back to us in the same condition they left the showroom.

Option 2

If you need to return an item, you can drop us an email to let us know something is on its way back to us. Pop it back in the post (remember you’ll need to pay the postage cost at your end) We would always advise obtaining proof of postage as it just makes it easier to trace should anything ever go astray. We would ask you to return any unwanted items back in their original packaging and condition. Once we have received the item, we will look to normally process a full refund within 48 hours. Don’t forget to include a copy of your receipt and contact details.

We will provide a full refund on all orders if you cancel before it has been processed (usually within 1 or 2 days). If a non-bespoke item is requested to be returned up to 14 days after delivery, you will be refunded less the cost of delivery, collection and a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Made to Measure

Whilst we are happy to refund most items, ALL of our made to measure pieces and bespoke pieces are unfortunately excluded from our returns policy. Because they have been made especially for you, bespoke items which include those finished with custom dimensions, hand-picked wood stains, paints and upholstery are always just that little bit harder to re sell
