10 years of Blacks at the Farm Village
Blacks had always been based in our historic Tithe barn in Sopwell, St Albans, and in July 2013 the addition of a second shop at the Battlers Green Farm rural shopping village and tea rooms in Radlett resulted in the creation of a lifestyle store showcasing a selection of solid wood furniture (the larger furniture offering remaining at the Barn Showroom) plus a larger range of gifts and home accessories. Our expanding home fragrance collections were joined by our favourite bath & body care brands plus an extended entertaining at home range from Sagaform, Eva Solo, AdHoc, Liga, LSA and DreamFarm.
Battlers Green Farm is a picturesque destination shopping village with its quality services such a butcher, fishmonger, florist, and fruiterer whilst housing a fantastic collection independent boutiques and shops alongside their tea rooms and Farm Shop.
The Farm has grown in numbers during our ten years at the Farm, with the addition of a Vets, a Gym, Cycle studio, Bagel Shop, Doggy Daycare, Beauty therapists, Jewellers and many more ... and we are proud to be part of its bustling community of small independent business.
