The trivet can be placed crossed beneath pots and small dishes, but divided in two for larger dishes, for example roasting tins. Thanks to the built-in magnets, the trivet stays with the saucepan as it is moved around the table. After use, it folds away neatly into the drawer. Do not soak wood, wipe clean only.Remember to oil occasionally to preserve the wood.
