Returns Policy

  • We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all our products
  • We offer a full refund excluding the original delivery charge. If you are returning part of your order we will only refund the cost of the items returned

We do ask that you return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of receipt and that you take good care of the product, its packaging and instructions. Please feel free to try the item out, as long as you can do so without causing any damage.

Refunds can only be made to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive an item from us which is defective or not what you ordered you may return it to us for a full refund or replacement (including the cost of returning the item to us.

If an item is found to be defective upon receipt, or it develops a fault within the first 30 days we will replace it with a brand new item.

When returning items please ensure you package the items securely so they reach us in good condition.
